Possible special exceptions made for cars 2005 and newer. This is by no means a yes that you will get to drive a car, it will simply put the car under scrutiny for homologation.

PI Adjustment System:

There will be an adjustment system in place. Each week the series Admin will hand out PI changes. Some drivers will not receive a change. It is up to the driver to manage his build with the given PI change. A driver may not change his build at all without a PI change. If found to have illegally altered your build, you will be DQ. Pi changes at at the Admin's discretion based on drivers' skill, lap time potential, overall finishing position, and consistency. This is in place not to make the fastest driver slower than the next fastest driver. This is used to bring the field closer together as a whole. The lead drivers in theory would still be the lead drivers, however they would finish on the same lap as most of the rest of the field. Qualifying times would be bunched closer and the overall competitiveness would be enhanced by having closer racing amongst drivers of varying skill level.

1. Builds are locked for the season unless you are given a PI adjustment
2. Builds must keep the required parts, but are up to the driver beyond that.
3. Cheating is an automatic DQ.

Livery Rules:

Livery Requirements:

1. Numberplates must be applied to both sides of the car on the forward most part of the door/the quarterpanel.

4. Numberplates can be found on my sharefront GT: Saintedplacebo4 (They are black and white with red)
5. Do your best and if you need help with a scheme just ask.
6. No window tint.

Teams:

1. Team Make Up
1.1 Teams must use the same make and model cars.
1.2 Liveries must match, colors can be changed but design must stay the same.
1.3 Max size is 3 cars per team.
2. Team Points
2.1 The 2 best placing drivers on a team will score team points.
2.2 Team points will be gotten by adding together finishing position points and dividing by 2 rounded down.

There seems to be a bit of confusion about car builds that I have had to go over with drivers. I will make it clear here and I will add it to the rules. Car builds cannot change between races. Tunes can, builds cannot. This will be monitored and any infraction equals a DQ for the race the driver changed his build for.

The caddy runs extremely fast even at 720. It was a car that was tested by myself and my two assistants to determine its starting PI and was subject of much internal debate. If you would prefer to run something else you may but the base PI is 720. Adjustments do go out after races and if it is determined that you need an adjustment to be competitive then you shall get one. I suggest running in this weekends' pre season race as it will jump start your adjustment and also net you 25 season points.

Window tint is there for two reasons. Number one, you dont see a race car with blue window tint, and a race series is what we are going for here. Reasons two, a much more practical reason is that is obstructs view in and out of the car. I need to make sure i can see the cage easily for race replay inspections and also at night the tint would make it extremely difficult to see a car next at your side in in-car cam.

PGA? Miz is an assistant. He keeps track of poles, wins, top 5s, and top 10s. He was involved in helping the base PI's along with Sovereign, but even so they were both just consultants and ultimately I had the final authority on base PI. They also are not involved in PI adjustments if that is what you meant by PGA? That ultimately falls on my shoulders. Everyone will come to me with opinions about "he got too much, i lost too much, i want more" etc, but ultimately I will do what i believe is best for the health of the series.
